My good friend Amber Rothrock, Seattle WA makes custom frames when she isn't working hard at Slave to the Needle. I've asked her to make a few frames for me and have finished the first painting of three. I just got a real human hand skeleton and have wanted to paint one for a while. Look closely at her frame it has tattoo needles among other things like bike chain, etc. I love Amber's work and hope to do more pieces to compliment her unique style. This painting is for sale on my shopping page linked on my website. I'm also linking Amber's Rothrockin frames here for you to check out and order some TRULY custom frames for your own paintings.

"i am free"

17.5"x 21.5"

I wanted to add some dimensional aspects to these panels to give the end product a more hand made, original quality. I'm sure this had been done before but I haven't seen it. I feel like self discovery is always more satisfying than duplication. This is the first of what I hope to be a number of creatively displayed paintings to come. This piece is oil on panel(s)

price: $1,000.00 plus s/h ($100) (SOLD)
